We are venture funded and are rapidly expanding, headquartered in San Francisco, CA, with an Operations Center in Pahrump, NV. Location
This position is based in San Francisco, California. Relocation and compensation commensurate with level of experience.

Background & Role Overview
Bella Pictures, the first national wedding photography company currently works with over 300 photographers across 40 markets. This is a newly created role that will have accountability for both our client facing photography product, as well as the health of our photographer facing talent brand.

This ultimate candidate has strong skill sets developed in both qualitative and quantitative arenas. The candidate must come well equipped with a proven track record in photography: understanding, and communicating/coaching quality, managing a disaggregated, creative work force. The role is also accountable for managing to cost centers, core metrics and timelines, ultimately delivering results. Other important elements of this role will be to continue to build a high performing talent pool, and to ensure perpetuating Bella Pictures as “the” premier choice for employment for qualified photography talent.

Primary Responsibilities
1. Responsible for delivering best in class photography quality, including training and managing talent pool to standards.
2. Manage Photographer Talent Brand
3. Develop and improve cost and recruiting forecasting, core metrics and visibility of metrics to key stakeholders
4. Establish Quality Standards for Photography Department
5. On-boarding and Communication
6. Stakeholder Communication - Develop systems and process for improved communication and visibility to key stakeholders (sales, clients, photographers)
7. Manage Assignment Desk
8. Optimize Training and Development
9. Establish Photography Department Policies

Team & Support
This role is slated to have a team of 10+ with approximately 4 – 5 direct reports. The position is supported by dotted line relationships with finance and recruiting.
