VP Sales For French Subsidary At Revoo

UK-based Reevoo is looking for a VP of sales for its French subsidiary. Reevoo says it is becoming Europe’s largest provider of genuine customer reviews to leading retailers including Dixons, Currys, Comet, Orange and Woolworths. It now displays over 250K reviews every day across its partner network. Reevoo was founded in 2004 and has recently secured $5M of investment.

Reevoo is headquartered in London and employs 20 people in the UK but it looking to expand into France. You will be based in Paris.

REEVOO partners with large and small retailers alike, increasing their conversion rates by gathering and publishing customer reviews from confirmed purchasers. Products currently covered include electrical goods, DIY, sports equipment, baby products and toys. A team of investors and non-executives with outstanding retail, web and publishing credentials supports the executive team.


VP Sales for the our French subsidiary.

Mission Reporting to the CEO, you will:
• Build out Reevoo’s business proposition for France and launch our French subsidiary.
• Develop on an autonomous basis, our French sales activities into online retailers
• Define and drive the go to market plans for its ReevooMark product in France and then build the necessary sales processes and channel infrastructure.
• Recruit and lead a high quality sales and account management team.
• Be responsible for sales forecasting, setting and meeting targets on a team wide and individual level.
• Lead sales to major branded accounts from initial contact, through closing and contracting, to go-live. This will require a hands on approach.
• Provide input to product development.
• Organize and take part in key events in order to help grow your market
• Build out the our consumer-facing proposition Reevoo.com in Francefr, defining, building and running an advertising sales function.

Qualification Requirements The ideal candidate will have:
• At least 5 years' solid experience with a leading e-business company in sales management, selling and building relationships at a senior level (eg Director of Ecommerce) within customer organisations.
• An understanding of the French online and offline retail market, preferably with an established network of contacts.
• The drive and perseverance to open up a new market, developing leads from cold and closing sales.
• A successful track record of meeting sales goals.
• A proven ability to plan, develop and execute online sales strategies.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal communication skills with particular emphasis on negotiation techniques, presentation and consultative sales expertise.
• Strong analytical skills, financially aware, comfortable with ROI based propositions.
• Attention to detail.
• Be open minded and keen to work in a supportive team environment.
• The desire and ability to build and lead a high quality team in France.
• Graduated from a top level business school or MBA.
• Fluent in English and French, and able to carry out business in both languages.
