The person we are seeking will have strong experience in Enterprise and channel sales of either enterprise software or telecommunications products, with experience in mobile/telecom industry selling to the North American enterprise market preferred. This is an excellent opportunity for an executive level sales professional with solid sales, leadership and organizational abilities.

The Vice President of Sales will be responsible for achieving established sales goals, maximizing income potential and refining the business model. The candidate must be agressive and self-motivated and capable of establishing new contacts to acquire new customers and build the appropriate sales team. The company's near-term success will come from closing high profile and high volume customers.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years experience in high technology industries – experience in the Telecom and/or Mobile is required. This candidate must have in depth experience in selling to Enterprises at both the C level as well as the IT level. This position will be responsible for leading our sales team in expanding our regional representatives. Manage territory consisting of national accounts by directing efforts of independent sales representatives as well as in-house support personnel towards achieving goals. Candidate must also have had experience in developing and implement channel strategies to identify and enable VARs across the nation.


Other Responsibilities include:

* Designing customer retention and referral programs

* Recruiting, managing and motivating a world class sales team.

* Contribute to the ongoing development of the company's go to market strategy

* Working with the COO to finalize standard terms and conditions and negotiating major agreements


Requirements:

* At least 7 years of success selling to Enterprise senior-level executives. Telecom/Mobile related product experience is a plus.

* At least 4 years experience managing a national sales team.

* Proven success building revenue streams, including enterprise, inside and channel sales.

* Ability to create and foster a team selling environment

* Proven record of building world-class sales management systems

* Strong sales discipline
