20 year old RGB Spectrum says it hasa substantial revenue stream as a a privately held, profitable, and growing company. They are looking for an VP of operations to manage its complex electronics systems.

RGB Spectrum, a leading manufacturer of high-end videographic products, is seeking a broad spectrum senior manager to head up Operations. Responsible for manufacturing, purchasing, quality control, and HR functions. The position reports to the CEO and serves as a member of the Management Committee.
Position Requirements:
Candidates should have a record of accomplishment in electronics manufacturing at the VP level and demonstrable ability to provide senior management in a growing high tech company. A successful candidate should have:
-Experience with manufacturing complex electronics systems
-Small company experience
-10 years in a VP of Operations or similar role
