Philly's Preclick closed its Series A financing round of $1.6M from investors LORE Associates, Mid-Atlantic Angel Group, Robin Hood Ventures, and SJFVentures. Preclick private labels photo services for WalMart, HP Costco, 3M, Sandisk, DotPhoto and others.
This is a pretty amazing stat: With WalMart and Costco distribution, Preclick photo software reaches 40% of US retail photo customers.
The company is looking for its Chief Operating Officer or VP Operations. You can work out of Seattle, Manhattan or Central NJ.

Responsibilities
P&L performance of company and direct revenue production
Accountable for on-time and on-budget delivery of company goals including web-services
Establish performance goals, allocate resources to achieve goals and develop systems for monitoring and evaluating company goals
Manage stake-holders, partners, clients and shareholders
Manage all external relationships including legal, accounting, risk management, banking, employee benefits, and investor relations
Focus growing on direct revenue production based on our distribution channels
Required
10+ years of operations, marketing, and financial leadership with personal role in delivering P&L
Has successfully scaled an organization from 15 to 50+ employees or $2M to $10M in revenue
Managed technical contracts and projects for F1000 companies
World-class contract negotiator
Builds and maintains financial models
Metrics-driven, detail oriented
Venture backed start-up experience
Raised funding (debt & equity) for growth
Demonstrated ability to recruit and manage technical resources & projects
