Key Responsibilities:
• Develop sales strategy and sales execution plan
• Hire, train, manage and motivate sales team and account management team from the ground up
• Develop revenue forecasts and targets
• Meet and exceed revenue goals
• Work closely with product team and marketing team to inform product and marketing strategies
Qualifications:
• 10+ years in sales, with at least 5 years building and managing sales teams
• Experience building a sales operation from the ground up
• Experience with both local and national sales, ideally in an online environment
• A passion for selling and a proven record of success in developing and growing revenues
• Deep knowledge of the advertising industry
• Start-up experience a plus
• BA/BS required
