Summary of Functions:
Responsible for all of Acuity Mobile’s engineering activities including systems analysis, programming, computer, and auxiliary operations. Directs all software engineering activities, primarily for the strategic planning and design of Acuity Mobiles product. Interfaces with other information systems management staff to coordinate software, hardware, and systems capabilities including client server architectures. Prepares cost estimates for current and proposed activities. Confers with and advises subordinates on administrative policies and procedures, technical problems, priorities, and methods. Requirements:
• Master’s Degree in technical field and BS in EE, CS, or related field.

Zilliant frontman is Chairman & CEO Greg Peters, who previously ran the seminal Web software bright light Vignette, where he was responsible for both its spectacular bubble days IPO and its subsequent implosion. Vignette was known more for its marketing and salesmanship than for the usability of its software.
Austin Ventures, JP Morgan and others have put a lot of investment into Zilliant.
The company started out as a consulting firm advising companies on their pricing and evolved into a software firm selling Web-based software that optimizes pricing, revenue, and margins. Activision-Owned Game Studio in Santa Monica Treyarch Needs Exec Producer

Treyarch has released over 20 titles, including Spider-Man, Spider-Man 2, Call of Duty 2: Big Red One, and most recently Call of Duty 3. The next game to release from Treyarch will be the next generation versions of Spider-Man 3 for the Sony Playstation 3 and Microsoft Xbox 360.

Israel's eSupport company Gteko, which was bought by Microsoft last year, spun off a consumer Web based called StarNet Interactive which operates KiddoNet and GirlSense. This company is now looking for a vice-president of business development.
Girlsense is a free ad-based website that original fashion designs created by members. Girlsense claims that over 1M fashion t-shirts were created in the first two weeks of launch. Girls can design their own trendy fashions, display them in their boutiques and sell them to other girls using the site's virtual currency called G-cents. GirlSense claims 1M unique monthly visitors and over 10.5M registered members.
