V.P. of Advertising Sales
Adify is seeking a talented and seasoned media sales professional who possesses the drive and industry experience to develop a market leading position in the online advertising space.

The V.P. of Advertising Sales position will leverage Adify’s installed base of publishers in order to develop and drive a national advertising sales strategy for the Adify network. This position focus primarily on generating new ad sales revenue, and then managing relationships with established accounts.

Primary focus is to accelerate revenue and customer growth through new sales development, as well as retention and extension of established accounts.
Responsibilities:

* Develop and execute results oriented sales strategies for a defined regional market, through solutions based online advertising sales to Agencies and Direct Advertiser.
* Lead accelerated revenue growth of early stage start up
* Achieve Monthly and Quarterly revenue and SBO goals by proactively seeking new advertisers and by maintaining and extending existing accounts.
* Oversee account management of established advertisers to ensure highest levels level of service, satisfaction and renewal.
* Establish and nurture relationships with Advertising Agencies, direct advertising clients and other media industry contacts.
* Represent Adify at key industry events, trade shows and conventions.
* Establish and maintain best practices regarding product knowledge, inventory packaging and pricing focused on client needs and objectives.
* Partner with internal technical and product experts to help determine effective sales strategies that leverage Adify's technology.
* Hiring, training and mentoring of Sales Account Executives.

Qualifications:

* 5+ years online advertising sales experience.
* 2+ sales management, including experience in hiring and development.
* Business Develop, site acquisition and/or network ad sales experiences desired.
* A proven track record of achieving sales revenue goals through multiple products, messages and clients bases.
* Established, relevant and current Agency and direct advertiser relationships that will accelerate revenue growth.
* Demonstrated leadership in managing sales cycles, negotiating and closing small and large, revenue generating deals.
* Must be able to think creatively and strategically, and have a proven track record in aligning and driving deals to successful completion.
* Consultative approach to selling online advertising services is a strong plus.
* Strong ability to create and articulate effective presentations for a multiple of product and messages to a variety of audiences.
* Knowledge and understanding of online marketing strategies such as the economics of CPM and CPA offers, post-transaction tracking.
* Must have the passion, energy and commitment to succeed by working hard and having fun in a dynamic, fast-paced environment (previous start-up experience a plus).
* A highly motivated, results-oriented, self-starter with strong analytical skills is essential.
* Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
