An emerging startup with 13 people next to Fremont BART is now looking for hands-on experienced engineering managers. Founded by a visionary software architect and seasoned software executive who has taken companies public, he is now looking for a true highly technical hands-on natural leader to be part of the most advanced location-centric information systems for the enterprise and consumers.

Specifically, the qualified candidate must possess the following experience:

* Successfully managed teams and projects as Director of large company or VP level of medium to small companies.
* Specialized on large scale multi-tier systems supporting millions of users
* Information architect - understand large scale information management with database catalogs or XML schemas.
* Vector-based mapping server and client technology and GIS experience a major plus
* Java background is a major plus, Flash SWF expertise is awesome too!
