Client Team Lead/Architect For SF-based Plum

Plum is a sort of digital scrap-book that remains in beta. They have a need for several people including a client team lead/architect.

Client Team Lead/Architect
Plum is looking for an exceptional individual to be the team lead and architect for client development. The Plum clients include RIAs, a Web UI, browser plugins (IE and FireFox), as well as a desktop application (Windows and OSX). We are looking for someone to provide both technical and development leadership.

This is a role that requires creativity and independence as well as a broad command of client application development technologies.

You'll need:

* Demonstrated ability to work across a broad range of technologies and environments.
* To have developed a Windows desktop application for the consumer market
* Experience with network applications and web development
* Demonstrated leadership skills
* Ability to work in a distributed "no-office" environment leading a distributed development team; Plum has developers in four countries and five geographies.

And you can get brownie points with any of the following:

* Experience with browser plug-ins and extensions
* Max OSX development
* Experience with open source, or strong connections into the open source community.
