SF Niche Video Start-up Need 3rd Wheel For Mktng
Pre-VC video start-up in San Francisco is looking for its marketing muscle. They say they have the basics almost built.

We are currently ready to go live with a targeted niche video channel. The website is almost built in association with a technology company in San Francisco that constructs custom internet video portals.
The business plan is highly focused and we do not plan to compete with the YouTubes and Revvers of the world.
We are a small two person show and looking to "hire" a third person that can help us launch and grow - in particular a member that will run the marketing department. This job will be part time for starters as we all have day jobs.
The company is pre-VC because we plan to build the business first so as to protect against equity dilution once we raise additional funds.
Skills needed include, but not limited to:
Online Marketing
Advertising
Business development
Fund Raising
Online Video technology
Financial Management
Programming skills eg, AJAX, Flash, PHP, ASP etc
Leadership skills
Attention to detail
Belief in the videoization of the internet
You can either have some or all of these skills. Basically this is an opportunity for you to be part of something that will be "yours".
The deal is you will work with us for under a month, upon which time we both decide if it is right to continue. Then offered a fair percentage in the company that reflects the time allocated to the business in lieu of a salary (nobody draws a salary as yet).
You will also be asked to sign an NDA before I can talk to you in detail.
