Chief Financial Officer
We seek a talented Chief Financial Officer to join our senior management team. Our CFO will serve as the financial face of the company and help position us for future growth, assisting the President & CEO in executing the company's global strategy. This position reports directly to the President & CEO. This is an exciting opportunity with a dynamic, well-financed company with strong revenue growth.
The successful candidate will have experience with both private and public corporations and have an unparalleled combination of business vision and willingness to be a working leader.
Essential Duties:
Responsible for all financial and fiscal management aspects of the company, including Shareholder administration and reporting
Oversees accounting and finance functions: Corporate budgets, forecasts and planning for all business lines
Oversees tax compliance and audit
Participation in strategic decisions including acquisition analysis & due diligence
Strategic sales support including negotiations with major customer accounts,
Corporate governance, compliance, general accounting, budgets, tax & controls
Maintaining strong working communication with Board of Directors
Experience:
At least 12-15 years experience in Finance, with prior CFO and/or VP, Finance of a public company required;
Experience with a high-growth, venture-backed company also required
SEC, FASB, GAAP and international reporting
Working knowledge of Sarbanes-Oxley
Experience in a growth environment with multiple product lines/revenue streams requiring a “portfolio” approach to capital investments
Demonstrated record of success in a high technology and/or Internet company
CPA preferred
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
High energy and passion for a growth-oriented and fast-paced environment
