Product Develoment VP For Redwood Shores' Education Deal Project Yaloo
A group of Yale University grads who say they "left top jobs at Google, Microsoft, Amazon, and Apple" to develop an online education business are on the look-out for a VP of Product Development.
The mission statement is vague but goes something like this: "We are connecting students and teachers from around the world to create deep and meaningful cultural exchange, and to provide both sides with fulfilling opportunities to help each other learn and grow."

Qualifications:
Successful record of developing and introducing new and innovative web-based products
Extensive product management experience.
Experience coordinating with business executives, marketing strategists, and engineers
Ability to develop and meet attainable ambitious goals on deadline
Excellent entrepreneurial, management, and motivational skills
Ability to distill vision into actionable product features.
The ideal candidate will have a strong engineering/programming background
The ideal candidate will have a track record of success at top corporate companies (Google, Yahoo, Microsoft, et. al) and will have a desire to work in a faster, more exciting environment and/or experience developing world-class products at a successful startup
