As Vice President of Human Resources, you will be based at our US headquarters in Sunnyvale, CA, reporting to the CEO. Your primary mission will be to provide us with strategic leadership in the areas of talent management, recruiting, training, employee relations, employee satisfaction and compensation to support the goals of the business. You are enthusiastically hands-on, which will be important at our current size. As we grow, your ability to build and lead a motivated, cohesive team will ensure long-term success. In this high profile role you will also be the primary interface with the board of directors' compensation committee and ensure compliance with the HR piece of Sarbanes Oxley regulations. You exude honesty, integrity, and forthrightness and your communication style will quickly capture the confidence of everyone from board members to the executive team and individual employees. Your success will be measured by putting an HR function in place that contributes to the revenue and profitability of the business as measured by high employee satisfaction and productivity, low turnover, and other metrics. Your experience managing organizational change and your power to inspire others will enable you to partner with the CEO to build a superior company culture while fostering an environment of open communication, fairness, and accountability. We view the HR function as the lubrication for the wheels of our business, building structure and processes that can scale with our fast-growing, ever-changing environment.
