CTO/Co-Founder for Web 2.0 Social Application
Again, a stealth mode operation, this one based in NYC and it looks like the application itself has a local angle. The biz dev marketing founder is looking for a CTO/co-founder to get the product to beta.

Experienced Biz Dev/Marketing exec seeks CTO/Co-founder to help oversee beta product development for NYC-based consumer Internet company. He/she should have a deep understanding of web 2.0 technologies (including video sharing, social networking and ranking) and be able to oversee a team of programmers and designers from conception to product launch. This represents a great opportunity for the right person to get a founding stake in a new consumer Internet product that could create unthinkable value for several NYC-based industries and has very significant revenue potential. In addition to having significant experience developing cutting-edge, consumer frontends and services, I'm very interested in speaking with those possessing the following skill sets and interests:
• Deep experience designing database solutions such as SQL, PHP or Ruby on Rails.
• Experience with ajax and 2.0 functionality/web experiences.
• Experience with CSS, graphics ability, strong HTML/DHTML
• Working experience building large scale content sharing web applications.
• Are excited about working at a start-up, have an entrepreneurial spirit and a deep desire to scale a big idea to millions of users.
• Combines an expertise in technology, a natural curiosity, superior communication skills, and business savvy to advocate and strategically improve the big picture.
• Attracted by a mix of cash & equity options
• Some knowledge of marketing/media/entertainment industries preferred.
