BD VP For SF's VC-backed Utopy in Customer Intelligence
You know how when you are talking with big evil corp. and they tell you they are recording the call? Well in some cases Utopy sotware will analyze the conversations, in the tens of thousand using speech recognition and then get back to big evil and tell them what they can do to make customer service better.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own the business development strategy and execution
- Identify and develop key strategic partnerships with 3rd parties [CRM, analytics and Business Intelligence software vendors, contact center platform providers, and consulting/SI companies]
- Present to executives, influence and advocate on value, business case, technology
- Structure and negotiate commercial terms with 3rd parties
- Fuel sales growth with strategic partners
- Report directly to the CEO
REQUIREMENTS
- At least 5-10 years of business development, marketing, or sales experience in enterprise software
- Experience and personal connections in CRM, business intelligence, contact centers, or system integration
- Demonstrated ability to close deals and grow major account relationships
- Superior communication skills, including presentation, phone and e-mail
- Ability to interact with senior executives and influence decision making
- Strong work ethic and ability to adapt to change
- Undergraduate degree from a top school, in computer science/engineering or related a plus
- MBA a plus
- Willingness to travel
