Newly Funded PlumTV Needs GM For Vail, CO Ops
PlumTV justed raised $20M to expand into other resorts. It's a budding TV network that just operates in swank resorts towns.

Primary role:
Overall responsibility for Vail channel, including programming, channel operations, sales and marketing, and financial results.
Duties include:
Oversee channel staff including recruiting, hiring, training and development.
Manage operations to annual budget.
Oversee production of programming including Morning Show and other local programs. Work with Plum programming to evaluate new programming concepts and to refine existing programs.
Oversee sales staff developing and executing local ad sales plan, including pricing, creative, and production.
Oversee operations with focus on overall look and feel of channel, including scheduling, programming, promotions, local and national advertisements.
Community outreach. Credible and relevant television programming presupposes strong ties to all aspects of the Vail community. Be constantly and consistently receptive about how all programming, including advertisements, will play in the market.

Comfortable working on deadline and in fast-paced environment,
particularly during high season.
