Client Services Manager Location: New York, NY
You will serve as the owner for the day-to-day operational needs of Pronto's paying merchants. You will work directly with the Pronto Client Development Team (Sales) to acquire, set-up ("onboard"), and maintain/maximize the relationship with paying merchants. You will also work closely with the Pronto Product & Technology Teams to develop and improve the merchant toolset (including the onboarding tool, customer management system, and related reporting mechanisms), to continually improve efficiencies in the account management process for all merchants.
Responsibilities
Support Client Development Team in merchant acquisition efforts, including research, and presentation preparation
Manage the account onboarding process for top tier merchants, including working with the client (or client's agency) on all set-up and data collection requirements
Provide ongoing support for top tier merchant accounts
Analyze client results/reporting to continually determine methods to maximize merchant revenue and experience
Work directly with Sales Development Representatives to present client optimization and upsell opportunities
Provide ongoing feedback and business requirements to Product & Technology Teams on the development of the merchant toolset, serving as a product/project management leader as needed.
Qualifications

You will be responsible for the development of nation wide clients and a team of sales managers. Ability to work within a team of analytic, driven, self sufficient and intelligent sales individuals is a must. Experience in online media is a requirement (focus in retail a plus).

Front End/UI Web Developer Location: New York, NY
You will part of a team of product managers, product designers and developers that is responsible for building a desktop shopping application. Person must be familiar with the UI intersection between java development and web design. The person will be the critical glue that will leverage JSP components and templates ( i.e., servlib and custom tags) and web design to build site and custom application pages. The right candidate must possess a clear passion for discovering and solving customer, technical and design problems. Responsibilities
Work on cross-functional team of developers, product managers and designers to integrate the front-end design with the back-end code
Develop application pages by integrating JSP and client side web components
Move design mock-ups from PhotoShop flat files to HTML
Participate in planning, requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment
Participate in project schedule planning, identify and track issues and risks, and communicate status to project stakeholders

Qualifications
Web design: understand XHTML, PhotoShop, CSS, JavaScript, browser oddities and what DHTML

Scripting understanding: ability to understand how to script and leverage the cross over between back-end JSP and JavaScript. Also understand where JavaScript should and should not be used

Java Software Engineer Location: New York, NY
You will part of a team of developers that is responsible for delivering a high-quality core application. This is a hands-on role and we are seeking both experienced and junior engineers.

Online Acquisition/Media Buyer Location: New York, NY
Pronto is looking for an aggressive self-starter to manage and grow our online acquisition efforts. The director will be responsible for taking ownership over our online acquisition efforts and maximizing our profitable spend.
Responsibilities
Identify relevant media outlets and performance-based networks, negotiate plan details and rates, and manage campaigns on an ongoing basis
Manage campaigns to ensure that they successfully meet Pronto's marketing allowable

Looking for a versatile Oracle DBA to design, implement, support, and maintain a large database application. Multiple tasking is essential.
