London's eMomentum Posts £2,500 Reward for Killer Developer

London based eMomomentum has been looking to fill this position for a while so to get some momentum they are offering £2,500 to land their dream senior LAMP developer for Web 2.0 projects. eMomentum is a boot-strapped company that has not taken on any VC funding. It is known at this point for eConversions, a paid on performance search marketing company.

eMomentum Ltd is looking for an extremely talented, senior LAMP developer to take charge of building our exciting new web 2.0 projects. We are offering a cash reward of £2,500 for the person who helps us find our new Senior Developer. Or, if you’re willing to just turn yourself in, we’ll use the reward as a golden hello. After six months full time employment, the cash payment of £2,500 will be released.
To refer someone, get them to apply for the job and include your name in the covering email, clearly labelled ‘REFERRER'. If you’re referring yourself simply submit your application as normal. Terms and Conditions
eMomentum Ltd is offering a cash reward (introduction fee) of £2,500 to the individual/company (the referrer) who helps us find our new senior developer (the employee). For the induction fee to be valid and paid, the employee must remain employed by eMomentum Ltd on a full time contractual basis for a continuous period in excess of 6 months from the commencement of their terms of employment.
For a referral to be valid and qualify for the induction fee the applicant must clearly label the ‘REFERRER’ in their covering email . If the applicant is referring themselves, they should submit their application as normal. All eligible applications must include a short covering letter and CV outlining examples of previous web development work. All applications to be sent to jobs@emomentum.co.uk for the attention of Duncan Jennings.
Upon employment of the employee, the referring party will be informed in writing of the commencement date of the employee and therein the date that the cash reward will be payable thereafter. The introduction fee is payable to the relevant party upon six months full time employment from the commencement date of their terms of employment. Payment will be made within 14 days following the initial six month period of continuous employment .
Payment of the induction fee will be made upon receipt of an invoice from the referring party to eMomentum Ltd., First Floor, 62 Britton Street, London, EC1M 5UY. VAT will be payable at the prevailing rate, where applicable to the referrer.
In the event that the referrer is the employee, the cash reward will be payable after six months employment as a gross bonus wage payment subject to the prevailing rates for income tax and national insurance. The induction fee will form part of the employee’s terms of employment.
If the employee’s employment is terminated within the first six months of employment by either party (eMomentum Ltd. or the employee), the induction fee will not be paid. In such an event the referrer will be informed.
There are no exceptions to these conditions. The decision of the Managing Director of eMomentum Ltd. will be final.

Applications from agencies will not be considered.
Employees of eMomentum Ltd. are not permitted to act as a referrer.
