Palo Alto's FatDoor/FatDog Into Chief Developer For Google Maps-based Site

Some anonymous entreprenuers in Palo Alto are looking for a programmer that is way into maps. The idea is to create mashup with Google Maps, but it is not clear what will be the twist. And wow they plan to pay well for a pre-funded start-up - $150K per year plus 500,000 stock options.

The funny thing is that in their job description they call themselves both Fatdoor and Fatdog, neither of which has a web site, so who knows?

As a Chief Developer of a new Silicon Valley stealth-mode venture, Fatdoor,Inc., you will reach out to web users and become an influential force in the Maps community. You will create the next killer web application. Fatdog, Inc. is lead by serial Silicon Valley entrepreneurs with a flair for creating big things. We’re looking for a superstar, and are willing to pay top salary and equity compensation to such a person – someone who can do it all with just a vision, and create a fully-functional and working web application.

Requirements:
• Degree in a Computer Science field required. (MSCS or PhD in Computer Science is a plus).
• 4+ years JavaScript/HTML/CSS ("AJAX") experience.
• Excellent coding skills. Able to write clear, concise reference code.
• Experience developing JavaScript/DHTML/PHP applications.
• Experience developing web services.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Understanding of the maps space.
• Previous experience integrating Google Maps, mashups, creating social networks, and/or other solid Web 2.0 experience a plus.
Salary – up to $150,000 per year + 500,000 stock options.
