Early stage, start-up that allows golfers to re-live their experiences from the course.
Our goal is to revolutionize the entertainment value of a round of golf.

We are looking for a VP of Engineering that fits the following criteria:
- High-energy, determined leader able to simultaneously thrive in the roles of executive, strategist, architect, and project manager
- Willingness and ability to roll up sleeves and build sizable modules of the web application from scratch
- Strong passion for technology and strong interest in sports (especially golf) and the outdoors
- Proactive drive for learning about and expanding on exciting new technology, and for strategically steering a development team towards these uncharted domains.

Skills:
- 3+ years of experience as a web developer and 3+ years of experience as a web architect (or just ridiculously talented)
- Experience designing, architecting, and developing high-volume, scalable web applications (preferably for commercial/consumer sites)
- Experience with high-volume, transactional database applications
- Experience with Web 2.0 philosophies and technologies (with a broad knowledge of existing frameworks and tools).
- Experience with rapid development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Extreme Programming)
- Open Source interest/experience
- Experience with advertising and revenue generation online
- Must be able to point to a track record of successful, large-scale software projects.

- Recruit and build a fun, driven, and highly-skilled technical team
- Enjoy wearing many entrepreneurial hats
