Who Will Be Zillow's VP of Marketing?

Online real estate venture Zillow is probably the best know start-up in Seattle. People know Zillow because it recently raised $25M, it was founded by Expedia founder Rich Barton and because its house price search tool became a viral hit online.
This all makes the job a tall order. You would need to impress marketing reports already in place.
To apply, email 3658-CJB-0@zillow.hrmdirect.com
VP of Marketing
Zillow.com launched its beta service in February 2006, with the goal of empowering consumers with tools and information to transform how they buy and sell homes. The first step is providing valuations and data on 67 million U.S. homes -- and growing. Zillow was started by a group of Internet veterans, including Expedia founder and former CEO Rich Barton and former Expedia senior vice president Lloyd Frink. Located in Seattle, Zillow has raised a total of $57 million in funding including the latest Series B investments.
Over the past 6 months, the Zillow.com site has had millions of visitors a month and is one of the top Real Estate sites on the internet. The Marketing efforts have been very successful thus far through strong PR and word of mouth marketing with insignificant ad spend.
Zillow.com is currently looking for a VP of Marketing to continue developing innovative marketing strategies to grow Zillow, the site and the brand significantly.
The VP of Marketing should have significant consumer marketing expertise and be well-versed in what modern internet marketing entails. Responsibilities include: SEO, SEM, online partnerships, content, brand positioning, product planning, email marketing and PR. This position reports to Zillow’s President, and has multiple strong director-level reports already in place.
Ideal background includes: 7+ years professional experience in internet/consumer marketing. MBA likely, but not required. Solid knowledge of, and experience with, internet marketing techniques including SEO, use of blogs, and savvy email marketing techniques required. The successful candidate will have entrepreneurial energy, creativity, an analytical approach to marketing, and be a strong leader.
