"Venture capitalist seeks hands-on entrepreneur/web developer in Menlo Park to be person #1 in new business. Business plan exists in its early stages - you will need to refine it, but more importantly execute web development. Think Larry and Sergey at Stanford grad school. Significant follow-on funds and resources can follow successful execution at early stages. This position is paid in dollars and founders' stock.
Strong ability to create attractive UI's with advanced web functionality, including AJAX and eCommerce, is essential. Also should be a creative and innovative thinker with good habits of testing intuition and hypotheses with analysis.
Please be prepared to demonstrate prior web UI work. It would be particularly helpful if you can refer to an example of your UI skills in your introduction."
