Solar Power's Miasole Plans An IPO And Needs Engineers To Enjoy The Riches
We just ran a post on the a:c about how the CEO of solar power Miasole is trumpeting an IPO in 12-18 months.
Do you understand this?:
"We are seeking a Senior Module Development Engineer to develop and optimize photovoltaic (PV) module lamination process including the specification of materials incorporated in the module with the end result being a product that can be manufactured at low cost, yet having the ability to withstand the rigorous environmental testing required of PV modules."
If you are a PV module connoisseur, this one is for you. You'll also get to roam the floor of an 80,000 square foot production facility in Santa Clara, CA. Miasole is talking about an IPO in 2007 and raised about $16M in a round led by Kleiner Perkins a year ago.
