Looking for someone creative with graphics/design, good in English writing, good communication skills. And copy editing or ad writing skill preferred
MUST be able to work FULLTIME/in house NYC physicallly at all times and not do other client projects.
You should be good with HTML, PHP, MySQL, Linux, Flash, Macromedia video servers .
Candidates should have the following experience and qualifications:
• 2+ years of web development
• Strong background in client-side programming and a thorough understanding of Web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and XML is required
• Experience in one or more back-end programming languages, such as PHP and ASP is preferred
• Proficiency with Fireworks, Photoshop, and Flash is a plus
• Excellent interpersonal skills coupled with exceptional organizational skills
• Bachelors Degree Required
We are looking for a PHP developer with deep experience in building large-scale public web sites. We expect millions of members and very high traffic. We are spec-ing the architecture now.
You should have significant database/SQL experience. You should be comfortable building log-in/log-out, session management, SSL, reporting
pages, content-management, membership management, settings, and consumer-facing applications. You should also be familiar with CSS, XML. You should have at least 2 years of serious PHP development with URLs to show.
You should have e-commerce maintenance/development experience, email/web marketing experience, web video and audio plus animation experience.
