Mark Goldenson is putting together a start-up and needs more than this dog to help.

Goldenson has a business plan and is looking for co-founders. If you check his blog, Goldenson suggest that his company will pursue the opinions market - a different take on ePininions or Yelp. From the job desriptions, it appears that VoIP is involved.

I am seeking two founding software engineers and a founding CTO for a consumer web startup in an $8 billion market ready for disruption. Our approach solves two key market problems with a novel solution praised by several industry experts and venture capitalists. We have defensible and sustainable competitive advantages, a proven revenue model, an inherently viral product with network effects, and a low cost structure in an industry plagued by high burn rates. We plan to reach prototype within three months and generate revenue within six; as of today, we would have first-mover advantage. This is an opportunity to shape an innovative project at its earliest stages with a significant equity stake.

Founding CTO / Software Engineer Requirements

Firm
* (CTO only) 3+ years experience growing and managing programming teams
* (CTO only) 3+ years experience developing highly scalable web and database infrastructures
* 3+ years experience developing robust, high-volume consumer web applications
* Proven record of quick, iterative, and modular web development
* Strong initiative, deep attention to detail, and a passion for creating value
* Live in or willing to relocate to the California bay area

Preferred
* Experience with virtual call center applications
* Experience with Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) technologies
* Experience in an early-stage internet startup
* Willingness to sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA)

Experience is important, but work ethic, intelligence, and personal fit are paramount. If interested, please email a resume to Mark Goldenson (mjgold2@gmail.com). Thanks!
