Calling All Ops: Amazon-backed CustomFlix in Santa Cruz
Santa Cruz-based CustomFlix Labs is looking for a dozen people, including a Director of Operations. CustomFlix works with TV programmers and other who own tape. CustomFlix will digitize this material and then offer it for rent or sale on Amazon. The company was bought by Amazon in 2005. Benefits are that it has the environment of a start-up plus the stability of Amazon-backing. And we think life would be sweet working in Santa Cruz.
