AlGore.com Wants You

Al Gore has backed an SF-based TV start-up called Current TV "with content created by, for and with an 18-34 year-old audience." The start-up of course has a Web site and its is looking to fill a number of slots including a Director of Online Data Strategy & Analysis.
We have heard from an insider that its a nice place to work, but launching a TV network is tough.

Description
The Director, Online Data Strategy & Analysis will contextualize data for consistent and appropriate use across the organization. The Data Analyst will prepare reports that synthesize analytical data from multiple sources, analyze and highlight trends and identify actionable insights and next steps.
Skills
BS required, preferably in Mathematics or Statistics
Minimum of 7 years experience in online data mining and enterprise reporting
Knowledge of web analytics software and implementation methodologies, especially Web Side Story HBX
Some knowledge of DW architecture and Oracle SQL preferred
Excellent problem solving skills and good communication skills
Must be organized and detail oriented
Must be flexible, and possess the ability to manage diverse personalities
Experience in Television, Interactive or New Media environments strongly preferred
